The Northern Unioin Design Center project is located at Chentang Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone, Hexi District, Tianjin City. The project is located on the Haihe River in the north and adjacent to the 160m wide urban landscape belt in the west. The area of construction land is 4911.3 square meters, the above ground area is 7611.8, and the underground area is 2213.5㎡.

The project aims to build the Northern Design Unioin headquarters with international influence, and explore and discover a new and integrated approach to the new office headquarters in the design industry. The Northern Design Unioin will introduce and cultivate a new generation of design talents in China with international influence and comprehensive creativity, promoting Hexi District to become a design industry gathering area with radiation-driven effects.

"Innovation is the integration of all kinds of things," Jobs said. This design is to integrate the surrounding environment, building functions, physical space, streamline traffic into one, forming a modern office complex with variability, diversity and openness.

People here are not only creating, visiting and working, but also enjoying nature. Walking in a rich public space like a three-dimensional forest, they will create a diversity of space with seemingly single block function. In the city, people always try to create integration through interaction and contact with nature, in order to extend the way of life. The loft-like green environment in the air seems to be the opposition between man and tradition, but it coexists here in the form of penetration.

Innovation is not created out of nothing, but links the future based on respecting climate, local conditions and lifestyle. Tianjin is rich in geothermal energy with little rainwater. Implanting the concept of ecology into buildings awakens people's understanding of ecology. In this way, we can integrate science, education, research, office and other lifestyles.

This is a man-made natural place, implanting new working methods and ecological environment to create a highly integrated and efficient office and living place to meet the rapidly changing space requirements.
